Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a Global Direct Governance Specialist to join the Converse Global Direct team. As a key contributor, you will play an integral role in supporting the strategic planning and governance for the team, ensuring efficient operations and collaboration across all functions and geographies.

You are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a knack for process improvement and project management. You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

What You Will Work On

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Planning: Assist with key strategic planning milestones (e.g., Corporate Strategic Review, Annual Operating Plan). Build processes, develop ad hoc analyses and drive coordination & accountability across teams.
  • Portfolio Management Support: Support in-year portfolio management (e.g., monthly budget process) for Global Direct. Oversee forecasting, tracking, and budgeting, ensuring alignment with strategic plans and resource needs. Serve as the go-to resource for hiring managers and team leaders on day-to-day questions, concerns and needs.
  • Business Review Coordination: Own our Business Review process, templates and communication, working in close collaboration with Geo partners.
  • Ad Hoc Project Support: Assist with miscellaneous / ad hoc team projects and needs, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Who You Will Work With

On the Converse Global Direct Commerce team, you will work closely with the broader Direct team, collaborating with cross-functional internal teams and geo partners. You will also interact with external vendors and stakeholders as needed.

What you Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or a similar role.
  • Ability to execute budget management and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively and meeting deadlines.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with project management tools and software is a plus.
