Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain the recruitment process in a country/sub-region (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
  2. Design the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
  3. Explore the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
  4. Build quality relationship with the internal customers and external agencies, colleges, institutes and associations
  5. Monitor and constantly reduce the costs of the recruitment process and provide input to improve and streamline recruitment processes.
  6. Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant
  7. Manage the recruitment of manager to executive level positions.  Pro-actively sourcing candidates from the internet and the competition to identify candidates for the hard-to-fill positions.
  8. Participate in global staffing initiatives as country/regional representative

U.S. Salary Range:

$156,000.00 - $214,500.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
