You will play an essential role in the Technology and Product Talent Acquisition team, partnering with senior leaders to drive identification and engagement of critical engineering talent. You will leverage your talent market expertise and sourcing skills to provide insights and recommendations to drive outcomes.

We follow a hybrid working model, working 50% a month in the office.  

We’re interested in hearing from people who

  • Are confident in leading and managing stakeholders, peers in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Possess a strong knowledge of enterprise technology stacks and engineering skills
  • Have demonstrated experience working within Tech or digital native companies influencing senior stakeholders as a talent advisor and engineering talent SME
  • Demonstrate sophisticated communication and engagement skills with a proven track record of recruiting senior engineering talent out of Tech and digital product companies
  • Can evidence a track record of market mapping, engaging, and converting passive talent, leveraging strategic sourcing techniques
  • Can confidently use multiple data sources to inform insights and recommendations
  • Maintain a curious and humble attitude, challenge the status quo, and be ambitious in delivering value
