As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you are a vital part of the People team and responsible for building up one of our dearest assets - our team. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process from partnering with hiring managers to conducting interviews and hiring candidates. You are the interface to candidates and function as an ambassador of FINN and our culture. You will further introduce new people acquisition strategies and processes, in close collaboration with the Head of Talent Acquisition, and enable FINN to grow effectively and efficiently.
