Staffing : ensure the right current and future site staffing

  • Define staffing needs with managers during People Reviews organized at site
  • Coordinate staffing with concerned sites and help the speed up of the process (SAR validation, proposal validation)
  • Support sites for package definition, if needed
  • Follow up SAR management (in case of hiring freeze for example)
  • Manage the whole recruitment process for site Management positions
  • Promote Internal Mobility

Manage Group Talent Development Activity for site perimeter

  • Launch and ensure the deployment and follow up of TD Campaigns, such as Annual Appraisals, Mid-Year Reviews, Career Aspirations, Talent Reviews, Expert nominations/renewals, according to Group policy
  • Coordinate site Talent Review Campaign
  • Ensure the deployment and follow up of TD individual management topics such as IDP, career discussions, resignation interviews, coaching etc…
  • Identify candidates for Group Programs such as Grow Together, Lunch with CEO etc…

Manage International Mobility (IM) for site perimeter

  • Ensure the interface with Managers & International Mobility Team for IM topics and the respect of IM procedures and policies
  • Follow up IM assignments together with IM Team
  • Manage directly short term missions process

Support BG organization and business needs

  • Develop HR proximity with Management
  • Support managers with individual management and organization topics

Be an active member of Group Talent Development Network

  • Deploy Group HR Programs/Projects within site perimeter (Grow Together etc…)
  • Promote Diversity within site perimeter
  • Participate in monthly TD Meetings
  • Participate in and/or lead specific projects
