MSIG North America continues to grow! 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in working with the CHRO in managing and overseeing various aspects of human resources, with a focus on strategy, organizational change management, benefits administration, compensation analysis, and proficiency in Workday HRIS. The successful candidate will bring a comprehensive understanding of HR functions, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


 

Responsibilities:

HR Leadership and Strategy:

  • Participate in leadership meetings to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.

  • Provide insights and recommendations on HR best practices and industry trends.

  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
     

Organizational Change Management:

  • Collaborate with leadership to identify change impacts and develop action plans to address them.

  • Facilitate communication and training initiatives to support organizational change.
     

Compensation Analysis:

  • Conduct regular market analysis to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement effective compensation strategies.

  • Provide guidance on salary adjustments and incentive programs.

  • Manage LTI and NQDC plans
     

Staffing and Recruitment:

  • In conjunction with SR HR Generalist, partner with assigned department heads to identify staffing needs and develop workforce plans.

  • Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse workforce.

Benefits Administration:

  • In coordination with Sr. Benefits Administrator, oversee the administration of employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored benefits.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to benefits administration.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and regulations to ensure our benefits offerings remain competitive and compliant.

  • Conduct benefits orientation and provide ongoing support to employees regarding benefits inquiries.
     

Employee Relations and Performance Management:

  • Serve as a point of contact for assigned departments for employee relations issues and provide guidance to resolve conflicts.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management programs.

  • Support managers in conducting performance appraisals and addressing performance issues.
     

HR Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Generate regular reports on HR metrics, including turnover, engagement, and other key performance indicators.
     

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. Master’s degree or advanced HR training and designations preferred

  • Minimum of 7 years progressive human resources experience.

  • Proven knowledge of all core HR processes including performance management, organization design, leadership development, talent management, compensation, succession planning, training and organizational development

  • In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Workday (HRMS) experience preferred
