The SVP- First Party Fraud Policy Manager will lead efforts to manage the creation of the best-in-class acquisitions strategy to mitigate first party fraud losses as well as implement controls/strategies to stop the onboarding of bad actors into the Citi Retail Bank portfolio. This manager will serve as the primary point of contact for business segments, service partners and product teams to escalate fraud-related matters. In addition, this position will serve as the fraud management lead for analyzing identity and risk related vendor tools/controls for possible implementation.

$130,880.00 - $196,320.00
