The role in a nutshell:
 

We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Lead generation/Business Development Specialist with English (Italian is an advantage) to join our team.

As part of the Sales Team, you will identify prospective clients through extensive research of corporate profiles and connect with potential clients and partners for the whole spectrum of our staff leasing services. You will identify and reach out to key decision-makers within organizations and connect them with the respective Country Market Leader to develop further business.

How you will make a difference:

  • Identifying and building a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Define and execute the lead development strategies aligned with sales and marketing, following up on the existing prospects.
  • Establishing business relations with clients over email, professional social networks (LinkedIn other web tools).
  • Collaborating tightly with the Business Development Manager.
  • Continually working on new ideas and procedures to improve the results of new targets.
  • Plan introductory meetings/conversations and hand over the relationship to sales management.
  • Build, maintain and forecast prospect pipeline informing the CRM system on progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry news and trends.

What will give you an advantage:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields preferred.
  • Fluent English, good knowledge of another language (Italian) will be an advantage.
  • Previous experience in lead generation roles, or in sales and business development.
  • Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communication may be advantageous.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Self-directed individual with initiative.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly organized and process driven.
