As a specialist team focused on strategic delivery and change management, we support the the IB Transaction Banking Solutions Team in delivering a strong payment, digital and working capital proposition to institutional customers.
You will be accountable for the execution of strategy, delivery and implementation of products, processes and projects based on the needs of IB Transaction Banking Solutions. You will work with stakeholders of all levels of seniority across the Group as you contribute to the overall success of IB, Transaction Banking Solutions through effective operational management and strategic execution

Further responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Support the Executive Director, Client Experience & Account Managed Diversified with the execution of key strategic initiatives of the business.
Be a lead interface for TBS (front door) and collaborate with key stakeholders across all areas of the group such as Product; Risk; HR; Marketing; Operations; Technology for projects that require a co-ordinated approach for TBS.
Support the business to best understand the landscape for projects and initiatives that impact TBS
Collaborate with TBS and other teams in the organisation to influence and ensure effective delivery of transaction banking solutions that are fit for purpose.
Actively contribute to the team to ensure a positive team culture and support a safe and diverse workplace for all team members, customers, and visitors
Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory developments, and market changes to inform business decisions
Identify and take accountability for delivering continuous improvement opportunities across the team and stakeholders
Produce required collateral and documentation to ensure TBS LT is kept informed of initiatives and programs.
As required, be able to produce documentation such as client reporting, process analysis, product analysis, risk reporting and client performance analysis.
Identify, lead, develop, implement and operationalise initiatives focused on process efficiency, capability uplift and risk buy-down.

Self-starter with results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets
Strong interpersonal, collaboration and negotiation skills and ability to build a strong rapport with clients and work colleagues
Strong analytical skills and experience with financial and/or data modelling, or process engineering desirable
Knowledge of transaction banking products and services including payments, cash management and merchant solutions desirable
Ability to ask curious questions and elicit deep understanding.
Effective role-modelling and leadership of our Client Focus, Innovation and Risk Culture within the business unit.

Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, business administration, information technology or a related field (or experience to reflect the same)
Prior experience in finance transformation, financial services, information technology, consulting, transaction banking, or a related field.
