Team Summary

The II Product team will have an investment product and vehicle orientation with accountability to our clients, ensuring that we can offer them the investment strategies and vehicle types that best suit their long-term investment needs, in alignment with the firm’s product and investment capabilities and objectives. The II Product team will have accountability for ensuring that we can adequately communicate the investment product needs of our clients while also meeting client demand for those products. The II Product team will be a key partner and influencer to the teams that are leading related initiatives required to support product distribution.

Role Summary

Supports the full complement of products and vehicles within Individual Investor. Supports operations, research, and analysis related to our product line, in partnership with our Global Product teams. Supports critical activities related to developing the necessary infrastructure that needs to be in place to ensure that we can distribute in-demand products and vehicles to meet our client's needs and II's growth objectives. Serves as a key communicator to the II organization on all product-related initiatives. Serves as a consultant and partner to our partners in Marketing, Client Experience, and Client Engagement on product-related initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports the product and vehicle portfolio through strategy, development, and marketing across client segments. Partners with Global Product for enhancement or new/innovative features and determines the most viable options to pursue. Supports new fund launches, fund changes, and other related fund operations and initiatives.
  • Supports overall strategic positioning and targeted client segments for all products. Manages and monitors the criteria for development and marketing of new products and solutions. Interprets and defines complex business problems into technical solutions.
  • Conducts necessary research and analysis to support overall product strategy and operations, including work related to ensuring that products/vehicles are meeting client demand and supporting overall II growth goals, along with impact analysis for any major product initiatives that are in development.
  • Supports product development based on business and market needs for II and delivers on sales goals. Responsible for ensuring that all work conducted aligns with necessary regulatory requirements.
  • Partners with business unit leadership to understand future needs for products and services in support of the business strategy. Understands alignment of products and services across client segments.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
  • 5+ years of total relevant work experience

Preferred:

  • Experience working within a larger product organization
  • Strong financial acumen (investment vehicles, products, financial markets)

FINRA Requirements

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for remote work up to two days a week.

Regional Requirements:

Base salary range:

$91,500 - $156,500 USD

For the location of:

Colorado

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
