Financial Analyst

A Day in the Life: 

Every day is different on the FP&A team. You will spend time working individually on complex projects and models but also collaborate with the sales and leadership teams to enable data-driven decisions. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Analyzing operational and financial data.  

• Supporting the sales team by evaluating new opportunities, providing analytical insight, and assisting in pricing recommendations.  

• Assisting in the development of operational reports for organizational leaders.  

• Creating report-based models to support organizational decision making.  

• Analyzing industry trends to appropriately provide recommendations.   

• Developing automated reports and forecasting tools for more efficient data use. 

• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.  

• Performing other duties as assigned.   

Required Skills and Abilities: 

• The ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.   

• The ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense.   

• The ability to work with complex data to extract meaningful and actionable insights.  

• Knowledge of mathematic, economic, and financial principles and practices.   

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
• Microsoft Excel proficiency 

Education and Experience: 

• A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field, such as mathematics.   

Hours, Schedule, and Location: 

• Full time 

• Monday to Friday 

• On-site, in-person on location in Amarillo, TX
