Job Summary
• This role is responsible for supporting P2P function which includes accounting, analyzing, reporting, and reconciling financial and operational results, identifying and researching variances and providing recommendations to key stakeholders. The role supports priority projects and maintains strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
• Performs data extraction as well as diagnosis of financial drivers, and leverages analytics to make recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Perform AP Scanning, Invoice Posting and Payment related deliverables on timely basis
• Collaborate with Business team, partners and internal stakeholders, understand the queries and compliance requirements; provide consultation on appropriate actions to be taken
• Interprets financial reports, statements and ensure timely payments to Banking partners
• Understand Country specific regulations, compliance requirements associated with Accounts Payable and ensure transactions are accounted and reported accurately
• Supports business by closing the books, analyzing variances and trends, and developing financial forecasts that are consistent with the business objectives of the organization.
• Applies foundational principles and contributes proactively to projects through research and data analysis support, providing regular updates on accomplishments and impediments.
• Ability to plan production, monitor controls and lead key initiatives for team

Education & Experience Recommended
• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance
• Typically has 8-10 years of work experience, preferably in who has worked in P2P domain, accounting and financial management or a related field.
