Summary: As a Service Delivery Operations Representative, you will assign and manage work assignments, drive people management activities for the delivery team, and manage service delivery quality and cost. Your typical day will involve overseeing operational tasks and ensuring efficient service delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Manage work assignments effectively. - Drive people management activities. - Ensure service delivery quality. - Control service delivery costs. - Provide support to team members. - Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth operations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Red Hat OS Administration. - Strong understanding of system administration. - Experience in troubleshooting OS-related issues. - Knowledge of system security best practices. - Hands-on experience in system configuration. - Familiarity with system monitoring tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Red Hat OS Administration. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
