POSITION OVERVIEW
Are you passionate about driving growth and client acquisition through digital channels and platforms? Do you know how to identify pain points and optimize the conversion process? If so, you might be the perfect fit for this role in the Growth Marketing and Demand Generation team.
As a Senior Advisor, Digital Client Acquisition, you will report to the director and work closely with the business units, product teams, and technology teams to create and implement best practices to improve conversion on our digital platforms.
CHALLENGES TO BE MET
Manage the overall performance of BDC’s digital client acquisition platforms and improvement roadmap, track actionable KPIs, and offer insights on the most effective strategies for driving conversion and client acquisition.
Leverage client data and employee feedback to assess the current state of the digital client acquisition process and identify opportunities for enhancement and innovation.
Develop and implement digital process optimization.
Work with other marketing and IT teams to oversee the client acquisition transformation roadmap.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align digital acquisition goals and initiatives with business objectives and client needs.
Contribute to the Growth Marketing and demand generation strategy.
Conduct industry benchmarking and competitive analysis to identify best practices and emerging trends in online client acquisition, loan or credit card origination, and client engagement.
Adopting agile and continuous improvement best practices, contribute to aligning the efforts of all Marketing teams regarding growth marketing and lead generation to acquire clients.
Support and influence digital campaigns to boost conversion rates, decrease client acquisition costs, and improve client experience.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
To be successful in this role, you should have:
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master's degree or a certification in digital marketing is a plus.
At least 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering results and driving growth.
Strong knowledge of CX and UX to drive conversion and improve client satisfaction.
Strong presentation stakeholder management;
Strong knowledge and skills in digital banking, e-commerce platforms, tools, and channels like web, mobile, social media, email, SEO, SEM, analytics, etc.
Strong knowledge of process mapping and process improvements
Knowledge of loyalty programs and client engagement strategies is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insights to drive decision-making and action.
Creative and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and execute innovative and effective digital commerce solutions.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with various organizational levels and functions.
Highly motivated, self-driven, and adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Bilingualism in French & English is required.
