SUMMARY:
GEICO’s Marketing Department is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Marketing Digital Analytics team. We are looking to hire an experienced Lead Marketing Analyst who will play a key role in informing advertising decisions for GEICO’s brand. Responsibilities include leading analytics projects, producing data-driven insights independently, and developing innovative ideas. You will analyze marketing programs and results, use predictive analytics and machine learning to create value from data, and drive strategic analytics initiatives forward. The Lead Marketing Analyst must be able to transform large datasets from complex systems to produce actionable insights and present the results to stakeholders at all levels within the company. Candidates will need to successfully manage projects and partner with Marketing, Product, Data Science, and other teams.
This role will be involved in several initiatives including customer acquisition cost optimization, media mix modeling, and the development of marketing business intelligence tools. These initiatives will provide enhanced visibility into key business performance metrics to marketing leadership and business stakeholders.

Annual Salary
$93,000.00 - $154,000.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
