Business Bank (BB) provides products and services for customers across small, regional and commercial businesses.
The Business Product Marketing Chapter works closely with our business partners who develop and execute our products that enable our business customers to manage and grow their businesses. This includes their Everyday Banking, Payments, Merchants, Lending products and mandatory communications.
This Chapter sits within the Business Marketing Centre of Excellence, within Marketing and Corporate Affairs.
Do work that matters
In this role, you are responsible for co-designing and executing the customer communication strategies and above the line campaigns for business products with a particular focus on our Business Lending suite.
You will need to work collaboratively with product, segments and go-to-market teams to develop and effectively take our products to our extensive business customer base and retail banking where relevant.
To be successful in this role, you will need marketing experience in delivering customer-centric and data driven above and below the line marketing strategies, including cross sell, acquisition and retention programs.
On any given day, you will
Translating business objectives into marketing communications strategies and campaigns.
Influencing and negotiating with business partners on product priorities, to deliver winning customer experiences.
Developing and project managing communications campaigns that deliver business objectives, raise consideration and drive product acquisition/cross sell.
Work with the broader Business Product Marketing team, segments, and digital teams to identify opportunities, launch new propositions and products
Manage campaigns end-to-end with agency partners & internal teams including briefing, campaign execution, delivery and PIR.
Work closely with internal partners such as product, digital and data to design a customer-centric communications strategy and to ensure consistency of message across all channels
Ensuring all marketing campaigns support and promote the CommBank brand and reputation, and that they enhance the customer experience.
Build robust reporting of all campaigns and activity to demonstrate marketing contribution back to the business.
We’d love to hear from you people who have
Demonstrated marketing experience ideally within B2B with a strong preference for financial services and/or product marketing
Experience working in fast-paced environment balancing strategic and executional imperatives
Omni-channel experience, with track record of working across above the line marketing campaigns
Experience working closely with a wide breadth of stakeholders across the business
Proven experience creating high-impact customer and data-led strategies.
Confidence in navigating ambiguity and complexity in a matrix organization.
Agile experience is advantageous.
