Join Ogilvy for a unique 6-month Fixed-Term Contract opportunity as a Reward & Mobility Analyst. This role offers invaluable experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, working on some fantastic projects and expanding your network within a leading global creative agency.

Be at the forefront of the evolving reward landscape! This role offers direct involvement in preparing for upcoming EU pay transparency legislation, providing invaluable experience with a hot topic in compensation and benefits.

What You’ll Do 

As part of the EMEA & UK Reward team, you'll collaborate with a community of experts, gaining exposure to best practices and contributing to global reward programs. This FTC provides a springboard to enhance your expertise and accelerate your career development.

  • Manage and maintain the global job architecture for EMEA and the UK.
  • Analyze and maintain accurate compensation data.
  • Administer mobility requests, including remote working and cross-market hires.
  • Compile and analyze data for UK pay gap reporting (gender/ethnicity/etc.) and EU transparency legislation.
  • Participate in annual compensation benchmarking and salary/bonus review processes.
  • Partner with UK People Partners on benchmarking roles.
  • Maintain compliance of UK pay governance processes.
  • Provide ad-hoc reward reporting and analysis.

 

What You’ll Need  

  • Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel (Power BI a plus).
  • Knowledge of job evaluation and benchmarking.
  • Understanding of statutory requirements for gender pay gap reporting.
  • Experience supporting salary and bonus review processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach.
  • Experience in UK and EMEA reward is a plus.
