Analog Devices is looking for a hands-on and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist, Campus to join our University Relations team.
In this role, you will partner with the University Relations team to find and attract the best talent to Analog Devices. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, relationship building, campus events and sourcing related to the university recruiting program (NCG & Intern) at Analog Devices. You will partner with top technical universities for engineering graduates and ensure candidates have a top-notch candidate experience from first to final engagement. You will build credible relationships with hiring managers by finding great candidates and providing sound advice during the hiring cycle. The successful candidate will be results driven, detail oriented, and creative!
