Position can be based in Raleigh, NC area or Dallas, TX area.

Analog Devices is looking for a hands-on and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist, Campus to join our University Relations team. 

In this role, you will partner with the University Relations team to find and attract the best talent to Analog Devices. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, relationship building, campus events and sourcing related to the university recruiting program (NCG & Intern) at Analog Devices. You will partner with top technical universities for engineering graduates and ensure candidates have a top-notch candidate experience from first to final engagement. You will build credible relationships with hiring managers by finding great candidates and providing sound advice during the hiring cycle. The successful candidate will be results driven, detail oriented, and creative!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with college campus teams and business area on hiring efforts from planning, facilitating, and executing campus activities.
  • Partner with business, hiring managers and interview teams throughout the hiring process by managing pipeline, screening applicants, interviewing and closing on candidates.
  • Partner with the Campus Program Manager to review, determine, and strategize investments in campus recruiting at top technical schools.
  • Build relationships with student groups, professors and career center staffs to plan events and build strong presence on campus.
  • Use social media and web sources to promote opportunities and events.
  • High interest and understanding in the business in order to quickly adapt and flex as business grows and shifts.
  • Constant ability to identify and implement new recruiting program and strategies on areas to improve and innovate.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in fast paced and high-volume work enviroments.
  • Ability to proactively problem solve and analyze recruiting metrics to diagnose and remedy issues.
  • Ability to get things done to a high standard and in a timely manner.
  • Ability to collaborate with the University Relations team as well as the greater Talent Acquisition team.
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time
