As a Senior Business Support Coordinator you will:
- Be responsible for the successful delivery of business support services within the team
- Assist with general office and facilities management,
- Provide ad hoc support to company groups, initiatives, events management functions, individuals or group
- Ensure the confidentiality of strategic or sensitive information
- Deliver tasks and activities on time and to a high standard, taking a proactive and innovative approach to business support
- Utilise knowledge, key stakeholders, DM systems and processes to deliver business support services efficiently and commercially
- Encourage DM teams and individuals to fully utilise the DM systems and resources, providing training where required
- Be an effective communicator, ensuring high levels of quality and accuracy that meet with company and client requirements
- Provide supportive line management with effective delegation to more junior team members
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, contractual and organisational requirements and policies in own area of responsibility
The successful candidate will:
- Be an excellent communicator with internal and external stakeholders
- Be highly organised and have a proactive approach to day-to-day tasks
- Have great IT skills & be confident with Microsoft products
- Be a great team player and have a can-do attitude
- Have good numeracy skills and financial understanding
- Be a keen problem solver with excellent attention to detail
- Have an appetite to learn and develop
