Omni is currently seeking adjunct instructors for Fundamentals of Business Management for Non-Business Majors (MGT 300), Fundamentals of Marketing for Non-Business Majors (MKT 300), and Fundamentals of Finance for Non-Business Majors (FIN 300) as a part of the Bachelor’s of Applied Science hybrid programming through Omni. Instructors will provide course content in a hybrid format, with in-person sessions occurring at our regional site at Southwestern Michigan College. We are seeking separate applicants for each regional site. Adjunct instructors for Omni will report to the Assistant Director of Faculty for the Southwest Michigan Region located in our Battle Creek office.
Additional training or certification is required to teach online or hybrid designated courses. Training or certification will need to be completed prior to the start of the semester.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
MBA or master’s degree in a management field from an accredited school.
Related field/work experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, such as the ability to interact with others with respect and empathy.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Demonstrated success in delivering instruction in an online/hybrid format.
