The IT Transversal department ensures the quality and performance of several IT solutions, operational excellency is one of the goals of the department. This will be achieved by
• Reviewing the existing processes and analysing them against industry best practices.
• Redesign of processes using available technologies.
• Improve user experience by mapping value streams and costumer journeys.
• Incorporation of automation into business processes.
• Business processes mining.
The team faces different areas and challenges to be managed, the current focus areas are the following
1. Service management processes efficiency.
2. Service Portal redesign.
3. Streamline the interactions between teams.
As an Operational Excellence Analyst - Trainee, you will:
- Maintain Register;
- Document the artifacts related to improvement initiatives;
- Work with 1st and 2nd level support teams to identify potential improvement ideas;
- Prepare and conduct training sessions to establish new tools and procedures, presenting them to a wide range of stakeholders within the company;

- Creative thinking and presenting ideas for business improvement.
Profile and Skills:
- Project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications
- Technology: knowledge in Microsoft Power Apps, Jira;
- Fluent in English.
Education and Knowledge
- Degree/Master in Computer Science or Engineering - IEFP Level VI
The focus can change based on prioritization considering the evolving nature of the organization. It provides many learning opportunities considering the interactions with several technical and operational teams. Knowledge of ITIL, BPMN, Microsoft Power Apps and Jira will be needed to fulfill this role.
