About the role:

Mutual Fund Income

Responsibilities include reconciling, collection and processing of mutual fund income proceeds and fund accruals due to trust clients.  Using various resources, which include internet sites and Microsoft Excel &Access, the ability to research and resolve exceptions relating to security activity that may impact the income accruals.  Must be able to meet department time critical deadlines.

What you will be doing:

● Analyze and interpret a wide variety of transactions, analyzing impact to clients and risk to company

● Process a variety of securities and cash related transactions with minimal assistance

●Identify, research and resolve problems, and take necessary actions to balance differences within Trust Support Services Systems and Fund Accounts

● Contact and assist clients with questions and issues as necessary

● Review and verify data inputs and outputs

● Research special items and complete additional projects as needed/necessary ● Retrieve and utilize information from trust system and other data sources.

● Process mutual fund proceeds within established department standards

● Review and balance month-to-date fund accruals

● Other duties as assigned

What you will need:
● Proficient in the use of basic office equipment and tools as well as applications specific to trust systems/processes
● Requires strong problem-solving, time management, organizational and data entry skills
● Requires attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and adjust schedules to meet deadlines
● Ability to work in an organized manner
● Ability to maintain confidentiality
● Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
● Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients and public
