· Develop essential supply chain skills by actively supporting engineering activities critical to conduct, monitor or evaluate a ChampionX manufacturing plant.

What You Will Do:

· Drive daily manufacturing operations in a chemical manufacturing plant to deliver targeted safety, quality, production, and cost results.

· Gain knowledge in executing to plan, functional area knowledge, production procedures, and managing assets and quality.

· Generate ideas & identify process improvement opportunities.

· Assist in developing assigned projects and ensure they are completed on-time and within budget.

· Gain first-hand and hands-on knowledge in project planning, project management, managing external resources, and equipment reliability.

· Implement best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

· No immigration sponsorship provided for this role.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Excellent analytical skills

· Exposure to a Manufacturing environment

· Demonstrated project management skills

· Ability to work as a member of a team

· Well-developed organizational skills

· Extensive PC spreadsheet skills
