This position is for the Summer of 2025 (mid/end of May - mid/end of August)

What You Will Do

• You will support the industrialization of the product (Headlamp or Tail lamp) from the assembly lines validation to the start of production.

• You will learn to validate equipment at the Valeo Seymour site with the industrial team
  You will learn to read process audit, develop settings and machine capability

• You will learn how to train manufacturing team on the new equipment (Operator, Technician, Engineers)

• You will assist in finalizing documentation (work Instructions, PFMEA, Preventive Maintenance Plans)

• You will help the team achieve the program KPIs during the Full Day Production Run (Cycle time, Headcount, Downtime)

What You Should Have

• You must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

• You should have completed Sophomore level / 2nd year of undergraduate studies at an accredited college or university
