Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Project Management:

  • Maintains open lines of communication among project participants and interested parties.
  • Identifies project risks and vulnerabilities and creates contingency plans.
  • Conducts regular and ad-hoc project reviews with project teams, sponsors, and clients.
  • Plans, estimates, staffs, organizes, and monitors significant projects.
  • Utilizes preferred tools, techniques, and methods for estimating project costs and timelines.
  • Communicates reporting requirements and creates monitoring and control mechanisms.

Retail Operations:

  • Assists with transitions from one business cycle to the next.
  • Responds independently to routine customer needs. redirects and follows up as needed.
  • Follows procedures to measure daily and weekly volumes and reviews related operational requirements.
  • Supports the ordering, pricing, SKUing, and stocking of goods according to operational procedures.
  • Manages and communicates changing business and customer needs and recommends operational responses.

Budget Management:

  • Uses the basic tools used for maintaining budgets.
  • Describes the major roles and responsibilities in the budgeting process.
  • Gathers information on the basic concepts behind the budgeting process.
  • Identifies key budget reports and uses.
  • Assists in the collection and preparation of required budget information (for example, change orders).

Construction Quality Assurance:

  • Controls the project quality of construction for aspects like raw materials and assemblies.
  • Analyzes and achieves balances between value and costs for construction users.
  • Documents construction quality assurance methods, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensures compliance with pre-determined construction quality requirements.
  • Assists in monitoring the production of construction work.
  • Evaluates and applies construction quality assurance best practices.

Construction Safety and Health:

  • Conducts daily safety and health assurance activities for construction environments.
  • Coordinates policies, procedures, and activities with construction project managers, engineers, and laborers.
  • Monitors corporate construction projects for compliance with applicable federal, state, and local safety and health regulations.
  • Implements internal construction safety and health policies and procedures within the organization.
  • Participates in basic construction safety and health programs.

Relationship Management:

  • Works with stakeholders (for example, operations, club support team, contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, vendors) to address critical issues and resolve major problems.
  • Alerts team members to problems with stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Differentiates the roles and responsibilities in a business relationship.
  • Provides prompt and effective responses to stakeholder requests and interactions.
  • Monitors stakeholder satisfaction levels on a regular basis.
  • Conducts periodic reviews of work effort, progress, issues, and project success and creates plans of action for correction of errors.

Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs.
  • Identifying and communicating goals and objectives.
  • Building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results.
  • Identifying and addressing improvement opportunities.
  • Demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning.

Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training; mentoring; assigning duties; providing recognition; and ensuring diversity awareness.

Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applyin g these in executing business processes and practices.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
