Job Description

As a Support Team Intern, you will play a critical role in assisting our clients and ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience with our products. You will work closely with our Support Team to troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and maintain customer satisfaction. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer support and develop valuable technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries and issues through various communication channels (email, chat, phone).

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our products and services.

  • Write and execute SQL queries to investigate and resolve customer issues.

  • Collaborate with the engineering and product team to escalate and resolve Incidents and complex problems.

  • Document and track customer issues and resolutions.

  • Assist in creating and updating support documentation.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and efficient service.

Primary Skills Required

  • Good Communication and Writing Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.

  • Good Knowledge of SQL: Proficiency in writing and understanding SQL queries for troubleshooting and data analysis.

  • API: A basic understanding of API concepts (e.g., GET, POST, authentication methods) and proficiency in using tools like Postman or any similar API testing tools is a plus.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify, diagnose, and resolve issues.

  • Flexibility: Flexible to work in any working hours, including potential off-hours as needed.

Secondary Skills (Preferred)

  • Python: Basic knowledge of Python scripting for automating routine tasks and analyzing data.

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
