ABOUT THE JOB

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the People & Culture team in the role of Manager, Talent Learning and Culture. As part of this team, your presence will provide leadership and deliver programs to foster a collaborative and inclusive culture at NAB Vietnam, a workplace with people who have diverse backgrounds, viewpoints and experience. Your role will help colleagues continually develop in their jobs, learn from the communities we serve and contribute in a high-performing environment.

YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Shapes key strategic plans and operating models for NAB Vietnam’s Talent, Learning and Culture agenda based on a deep understanding of what our teams need to deliver the best value to our customers via strong network of partnerships across the enterprise.

  • Benchmarks the enterprise’s learning and capability solutions against industry leading practice to improve quality and outcomes. Predicts future learning and capability development trends across the industry and incorporates these into the definition of strategic learning outcomes that solve for complex capability issues

  • Design and implement leadership and talent development strategies to support organizational goals. Support the development and implementation of talent development framework and implement approach to enable local colleagues and leaders to have robust performance management and create strategic succession pipeline

  • Develops and implements an outcome-focused execution roadmap for the business unit, holding leaders/teams accountable for improving the quality and pace of delivery.

  • Translates organisational strategy into actionable plans to drive the achievement of enterprise strategic goals. Builds and leverages strategic relationships with key stakeholders to implement changes and initiatives that support organisational outcomes.

  • Leads and governs the review of plans for short, medium and long term product/project initiatives to drive alignment to strategic objectives.

  • Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Lead cultural change initiatives and foster alignment with company goals and objectives. Drive employee engagement efforts through innovative programs and initiatives.

  • Builds and sustains motivated, high performing culture and teams.

YOUR SKILL AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably overseeing Talent, Learning, Culture ideally from a large enterprise/complex environment.

  • Demonstrated experience leading mid to large-scale learning initiatives, with digital design experience highly regarded.

  • Experience with Learning Management System integrations (LMS), in particular Workday, will be highly regarded.

  • Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to engage, partner and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proven ability to work autonomously, juggling multiple projects and delivering to deadlines.

  • Tertiary qualified in either Human Resources/ Learning& Development/ Education or Communications or closely related (highly regarded).

  • Proven ability to coach and mentor individuals and teams
