Bachelor's degree in business or social sciences, or equivalent work experience

Proficient analytical skills to assess and analyze talent analytics
Business acumen
Previous experience within a manufacturing environment
Guide and advise leaders regarding employee matters including performance coaching, Performance Improvement Plans, Individual Development Plans, Talent Reviews, succession planning, merit planning, etc.
Manage complex employee relations issues, including conducting investigations, coaching managers, and the progressive discipline process
Provide guidance on workforce planning which may include organizational re-design work, job description creation and analysis, promotions, etc.
Plan and implement recruitment and selection efforts; educate hiring managers about the selection process; take proactive measures to ensure a diverse workforce and provide recommendations on hiring decisions
Lead the annual performance review process and coach managers on providing constructive feedback identifying high potential performers and coaching underperforming associates
Design and implement HR programs to support Printpack culture and support the engagement survey
Lead HR team to support aligned business units and be responsible for the guidance and professional development of team members
