  • Role type:  6 month max term contract (with possibility of extension) Health Service Manager – Level 1

  • Department and location: Executive Unit, St Vincent’s Hospital, Darlinghurst

  • Salary:  81,581 – 108,532 + Super

About the role

Become a key part of our Medical Services team as an Executive Assistant within our Executive department!

In this role, you’ll provide critical support to the Chief Medical Officer and Director of Medical Services/Chief Medical Information Officer, as well as offer broader administrative assistance to the medical services team.

About you

  • Tertiary qualifications and/or significant experience providing high-level executive support, with strong organisational skills, including the ability to problem-solve, prioritise tasks, and consistently meet tight deadlines.

  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Demonstrated initiative and sound judgment in decision-making.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities.

  • A high level of maturity, flexibility, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information.

  • Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.

  • A background in medical services is highly regarded, though not essential.
