Mission Statement:

  • Product design Engineering focuses on designing, communicating, and implementing a product design plan with project team for completing an engineering-based project including Preparing designs, layout, project controls and specifications, schedules, cost estimates, product type test.

  • Monitoring progress and performance against the project plan; taking action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays. Identifying, developing, and gathering the resources necessary to complete the project.

  • May include preparing engineering standards, designs and work specifications; developing Design schedules, budgets and forecasts; and selecting materials as per project specification.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Good knowledge on APFC panel design. 2D & 3D drawing, preparation in Autocad, Solidworks & Creo.

  • Understanding the customer specification as well as Contract Document from technical requirement point of view.

  •  preparing technical specification, Bill of Quantities, Schematics, General Arrangement Drawings, and Manufacturing Drawing in 2D,3D both as well as costing of Panels.

  •  Coordinating with vendors during fabrication/ assembly/ scheme diagram for APFC panels.

  • Understand the customer requirement and submission of drawing within given time.

  •  Collaboration with cross function team meet customer requirements.

  •  Maintain & control of documentation in systematic way.

  • Good communication skill and spirt to work with team members.

  •  Coordinate with sub-vendors, project personnel, Production team on daily basis for ongoing jobs, Having good learning ability.

  •  Development of cost effective design without compromising in quality and performance.

Your Background

  • BE in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

  • Experience in panel design, Layout drawing and engineering function for 5-7 years in relevant Industry.

  • Candidate should be technically sound as well as interested in product design. 

  •  Good knowledge on Autocad software/CREO knowledge will be additional advantage .

  •  Interest in mathematical calculations and technical writeups.

  •  Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and word. 

  •  Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required .
