As a Lead Program Analyst, you will work closely with the Program Manager to develop the organization’s operating model and be responsible for creating, executing, and maintaining all of the processes and procedures necessary for smooth program execution. As the team grows, the Lead Analyst will work closely with other members of the organization’s management team on business operations including personnel management, process management, procurement, and program execution. The Lead Analyst will also be responsible for hiring and managing a team of project support analysts as additional staff become required.
