About the Role: As a Regional People Business Partner, your role is pivotal in managing employee relations escalations within the region. We are looking for someone to be based in Minneapolis, MN. You will serve as the primary point of contact for resolving complex People issues, ensuring adherence to company policies and local regulations while enhancing retention and employee satisfaction. Collaborating closely with partner companies, you'll proactively address common issues and implement performance improvement plans as needed. Additionally, you'll lead strategic People projects such as policy updates and compensation reviews, aiming to refine and optimize People processes. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner companies to align People strategies with business objectives, offering expert advice and fostering a consultative partnership. Your responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with local regulations and mitigating People-related risks through proactive measures.
