Project Role Description : Define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high level customer requirements, defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities, and developing business case to achieve the vision.

+Consideration as a sub-project to the existing introduction of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM, thus strong dependency on the time list +Connection of ADP as a provider of cloud-based solutions in the area of Human Capital Management (HCM), which covers the areas of HR, payroll, talent management, time management, taxes and fringe benefits +Connection to project relevant systems: BAV, PENRUS, Epas and HCM/Business Warehouse +Data transfer from existing systems for initial data filling: SAP P26, IQ Akte +Interfaces and data transfer can only be evaluated after an analysis phase and are therefore only included in this calculation with standardized values +The areas of recruiting, personnel development, remuneration and personnel planning are out of scope for the first phase
