Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Commercial leader to add value to our post acute growth activities by identifying new commercial opportunities and managing marketing efforts. You will keep abreast of trends and market conditions to develop and execute strategic plans with your team.

This individual should possess an entrepreneurial mindset and great leadership skills. The ideal candidate will also be a creative strategist with excellent organizational abilities. The goal is to promote and expand our post acute business to generate incremental revenues and lead to sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

  •  Develop and implement commercial strategies per company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth in the post acute (smaller hospitals, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities) market segment
  • Lead a sales and clinical education team and develop their skills and enhance their career trajectory.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans in the skilled nursing and adjacent market place (expansion, business development etc.)
  •  Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met
  •  Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing)
  • Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, clinical education, operations, customer service etc.)
  •  Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for your team and senior leadership
  • Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring
  • Preparation of materials to support regulatory and reimbursement for HHD and NxStage therapy.
  • Coordinate and inspire clinical education team as well as other colleagues to exceed customer expectations

Education & Qualifications:

  • B.S./B.A. or equivalent
  • 10+ years of sales and sales management experience, preferably with at least 2 years in the dialysis industry
  • At least 2 years of major account selling and marketing experience, preferably with commercial payors
  • Travel required (at least 50%)
