The Ops Sup Team Lead is an entry-level management level position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to provide operations support services in coordination with the Operations - Core team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of operations support services in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes
Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team by providing coaching and mentoring
- Perform business analysis and documentation of the current and future state of Client Reports and Advices (client communication letters, notices, and confirms)
- Provide regular status updates for all project participants as well as creating presentations for steering committee updates
- Work with various Legal & Compliance teams to obtain sign-off on all regulatory business requirements
- Serve as primary liaison between the key business stakeholder and technology
- Recommend business priorities by advising stakeholders on options, risks, costs, prioritizations, and delivery timelines
- Create and facilitate training sessions, webcast demos, User Acceptance Test scripts, and business scenarios
- Create, manage and maintain a project plan and act as the project manager for all follow ups across various departments
- Work on multiple projects in parallel, focusing on continued delivery of regulatory client deliverables such as legal statements/performance reporting/advices/letters/notices for the America's region

- Previous relevant experience preferred (combination of education/experience)

Education:

PARA LA POSICIÓN REQUERIMOS:
- Título universitario/de licenciatura o experiencia equivalente.
- Conocimiento de programación en SQL Server (INDISPENSABLE) / Visual Basic / Sas Enterprise.
- Manejo de Bases de Datos - Análisis de Datos
- Documentación de querys así como de ejecución de procesos y flujos.
- Conocimiento en Implementación de proyectos, desarrollo de pruebas, generación de evidencias, obtención de visto bueno e implementación en producción.
- Facilidad de palabra para interactuar con áreas externas, así como con analistas dentro del departamento.
- Alta capacidad de comunicación y análisis
EL OBJETIVO DE LA POSICIÓN ES:
- Asegurar la generación y entrega oportuna de los diferentes Reportes, Indicadores, Tableros, Bases de datos, Etc. que tenga a su cargo.
- Programar en SAS las nuevas solicitudes de información que se reciban por parte de las diferentes áreas de la dirección, esto incluye: desarrollo - ambiente de pruebas - entrega de información al solicitante - Obtención de visto bueno o comentarios - Implementación en Producción - Documentación.
- Mantenimiento y actualización de criterios para los reportes a su cargo.
- Mantenimiento de Procedimientos, Instrucciones de Trabajo, Manuales Técnicos y Operativos con las últimas versiones actualizadas.
- Gestión de registros generados, esto incluye ubicación de resguardo, tiempo de retención, así como su depuración correspondiente.
- Remediación de reportes BAU a su cargo hacia procesos automatizados de Sas lockdown.
- Escalamiento en caso de notar alguna variacion con impacto dentro de alguno de los reportes que genera.
