About the Role

The position shall be responsible for the end-to-end design, implementation, launch, communication, and review of the agency sales events that will excite the agency force to achieve sales goals.

Develop, monitor, and executed effective agency sales events and strategic campaigns to support the Agency Distribution Channel in achieving its goals:

  • Work hand in hand with the analytics team on the results of Awardees and/or Qualifiers per event and campaign
  • Lead and develop annual agency events and strategic campaigns
  • Launch events and strategic campaigns
  • Work with the field sales team in identifying in ensuring that the assigned events and incentives are top of mind and being driven on the ground
  • Establish procedural controls, security features, audit trails, and compliance notes in all events and incentive trips.
  • Work with the Communications specialist and other stakeholders to ensure the event and campaign promotions
  • Monitor and ensure actual spend of sales promotions and campaign benefits are within allowable budget
  • Prepare post-campaign impact analysis and post-convention reports based on prescribed format in coordination with stakeholders
  • Design the program, establish dates, coordinate schedules and specifications of trip-based rewards
  • Execute events and incentive trips delivery in a timely manner
  • Maintain/file all vendor contracts, budget, and payout approval
  • Conduct proper bidding and selection of suppliers for the events and campaigns need

 

Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements. We can also add that from the report they generate, they will recommend and execute the recommendations, if any, to improve overall agency sales events and campaigns
