Purpose of the role:

Betway is looking to build on a world class, global affiliate programme which will be fundamental to our marketing strategy and business growth.

The Acquisition Marketing Manager will be mainly focused on managing our partnerships and key affiliate relationships, looking for new partners and affiliates, making sure all deals are being respected and delivering ROI. The Acquisition Marketing Manager will work with multiple teams and stakeholders across the business to support the growth of our global multi brand affiliate program and partners portfolio. This position is ideally suited to an experienced affiliate or acquisition manager with industry marketing experience looking to take on a high-profile position in the gaming industry.

You will be responsible for:

  • Creating and nurturing key relationships both with existing and new partners to generate growth alongside a centralised affiliate program,
  • Driving new cost-effective marketing deals into the business,
  • Handling the commercial negotiation and onboarding new partners,
  • Delivering acquisition and retention campaigns to our partners and affiliates both off the shelf and bespoke to meet the requirements of a given deal,
  • Working operationally in all marketing channels within the business to optimise the ROI for the market and ensure best practise,
  • Working with the acquisition marketing administrators to ensure that core processes are adhered to,
  • Working across departments to align country strategy and meet business objectives,
  • Ensuring the affiliate programme meets all regulatory requirements and delivers on budgets,
  • Supporting the implementation and management of a mobile focused affiliate programme including the development of the Betway app acquisition strategy,
  • Supporting the Marketing Managers/Head of Country/Central acquisition teams with the affiliate budget and operational cost control to achieve ROI requirements for the business,
  • Driving key processes such as conversion, product enhancements and marketing offers forward, as well as working closely with the wider team.

You will have:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal skills),
  • Significant experience of digital marketing within the Spanish gaming industry,
  • Passionate about affiliate marketing with the ability to work with colleagues across departments and locations,
  • Strong team player,
  • An eye for detail, being analytical for reporting purposes to enhance the marketing output at a market and global level,
  • Highly developed influencing skills and the ability to manage both upward and downward effectively,
  • Commercially astute demonstrating strong negotiation skills,
  • Technically proficient with core business IT programmes and the ability to adapt and learn new systems,
  • A self-starter with the ability to thrive in fast paced and pressurised environments.

It would be a bonus if you also have:

  • Experience of marketing in international markets.
