The Intelligence Group of Leidos is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda, MD (ICC-B). Successful candidates in this position will collaborate with a diverse group of individuals across the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, Private Sector, and Academia and will support the customer in all aspects of program management and mission delivery, including planning, scheduling, administration, and coordination of resources.

An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required to be considered for this position. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated experience in managing programs/projects to meet the cost, schedule, and performance parameters of the contract
  • Assist government client with programmatic goals and objectives, schedules, and reports to high-level government officials
  • Keep abreast of IC and DoD data and related strategies, business goals, objectives, and performance targets, and make recommendations to keep the Sponsor’s strategy aligned accordingly
  • Engage with stakeholders
  • Communicate technical topics to non-technical senior audiences
  • Portfolio Management - Monitor and analyze portfolio data and present findings and recommendations to aid Sponsor decision-making, to include proposed strategies and/or roadmaps; identified risks, gaps, and dependencies; alignment with the strategic framework and priorities; and funding and related program issues
  • Ability to plan and staff a team of 25 individuals to accomplish existing tasks and plan for future tasks
  • Handle all aspects of the team including staffing, scheduling, work product delivery and personnel issues

Basic Qualifications

  • TS/SCI with CI Polygraph required
  • BA and 12-15 years of relevant experience or Masters with 10-13 years of relevant experience
  • Draft products that reflect strong writing and grammatical skills
  • Detail oriented and organized; able to consistently deliver high quality products in a timely fashion
  • Working knowledge of Cybersecurity topics
  • Work with seniors in a diverse, fast-paced, multi-task environment and manage competing priorities
  • Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Produce deliverables in multiple formats as needed (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Confluence, Jira)

Pay Range:

Pay Range $108,550.00 - $196,225.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
