As a Product Specialist-CRM you will manage the development of a vision, strategy and roadmap for the Sales Enablement Product Team, with a focus on a specific client segment (e.g., Wealth Management). You may also manage team(s) involved in the opportunities assessment and discovery processes.

  • You will be responsible to discover product features, capabilities, enhancements, dashboards, and reports for sales teams that are valuable, usable, and feasible.

  • You will work directly with end-users to understand their needs, pain points, and current processes. This is to develop client journeys to demonstrate true product management methodology to mature the CRM platform across desktop and mobile.

  • You will develop deep customer insights and business knowledge and expertise and continuously deepens that knowledge to envision opportunities that are valuable. Develops resources to ensure intellectual capital is accumulated, communicated, maintained and transferable.

  • You can work with user experience and technology teams to envision products that are usable and can be socialized and concept tested with audience members. Oversees activities around a specific product domain or program including planning, implementation and ongoing monitoring.

  • You will work with Sales Operations, Sales Leadership, ECO, I&A/EDO, and other business partners to translate client segment strategies into specific sequenced project initiatives considering scope, cost, feasibility, technology alternatives and business needs. Provides product owner support for implementation teams as needed.

  • You have experience developing measures that track and monitor overall product/program performance in addition to ensuring measurement on specific project initiatives including ROI. Supports the development of an overall digital vision and strategy through online learning and research, and the ongoing development of subject matter expertise.

  • You have experience with agile and scrum methodologies to create and document stories to partner with our technology teams on requirements for feature and enhancement development.

  • You have experience with research, monitors and analyzes emerging online topics and trends to assess and make recommendations on the future direction of the CRM platform (desktop and mobile).

  • You can communicate complex research insights and presents summary findings to appropriate stakeholders and team members; incorporates applicable research findings into business plans and strategies.

  • You will help to identify resources required to meet product opportunities assessment objectives. Determines appropriate sources with required competencies, considering vendors, contractors, distributed resources, cross-functional units and others as appropriate.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
