We are looking for a self-starting, creative, and strategic Product Marketer passionate about customer experience and AI to grow our Service Cloud business in LatAm. As the first Service Cloud PMM in the region, you'll report to the LatAm Product Marketing leader and drive product marketing strategy in collaboration with LatAm sales, field marketing, enablement, sales programs, and HQ teams to achieve pipeline goals and boost awareness of Salesforce’s Service Cloud. You'll replicate existing successful tactics and create new ones. You are passionate about technology, content, storytelling, and strategy. You understand buyers, educate sales teams on value propositions, and collaborate with demand generation teams to drive pipeline with targeted sales plays, content, and campaigns.
Your Responsibilities:
Be the champion, expert, and product marketing engine behind Service Cloud across key LatAm markets, helping grow our pipeline, ACV & awareness, and driving our product strategy in priority countries
Co-create the Service Cloud marketing strategy and plan for the region, leading the targeting, messaging, positioning, and content for our Service Cloud portfolio in LatAm to differentiate and raise awareness of Salesforce in the market
Develop LatAm market and buyer insights to fuel GTM planning, campaign strategies, and sales execution. Be the product Go-To-Market expert for stakeholders across product, marketing, and distribution
Work closely with Sales, Sales Programs and Enablement teams to develop, collaborate, and deliver high-quality content for enablement, localized sales plays, competitive programs, marketing materials for product portfolio and more.
Create and curate inspiring and localized content and messaging, including speaking at Salesforce-owned and third-party events, customer meetings, partner events, webinars and more.
Build and leverage a deep understanding of the Service Cloud portfolio, customers and service buyers to educate both internal and external audiences on our value propositions and own key sales communications and updates
Partner with LatAm Field Marketing to develop and customize content that fuels local marketing activations, generating demand for Service Cloud through events, campaigns, digital initiatives, local assets and executive programs
Identify, develop, and promote local customer stories in collaboration with local and global teams
Drive product launches in the region, ensuring new Service Cloud products or relaunches are effectively represented across marketing touchpoints and delivering field and market readiness for new products, working closely with HQ PMM teams
Monitor and report on the performance of products in the LatAm market, communicating the results of Product Marketing activations to key stakeholders
Experience/Skills Required:
Experienced professional in SaaS product marketing (+7 years), demand gen, growth, or solutions marketing.
Fluent English, native portuguese. Spanish is desirable.
Ability to navigate cultures and all levels of stakeholders (including executive leadership) across multiple functions and geographies to establish agreement for go-to-market priorities and execution.
Self-starter with the ability to drive projects from idea to execution fast while navigating a complex organization and different stakeholders, with outstanding organizational and prioritization skills
Hands-on experience building a range of marketing assets, including compelling sales plays and enablement materials, succinct slide pitch-decks, demo videos, and event/webinar content.
High energy, charismatic, innovative, and creative - with the execution skills to make it all count. Strong interpersonal skills – a blend of firmness and conviction with diplomacy and a constructive attitude
The ability to inspire a Zoom call of 3 or event to 10.000 through stellar public speaking and 1:1 persuasive storytelling skills
Strategic problem solver with a structured approach, a bias for action and a comfort with numbers, collaborating with multiple stakeholders and teams
Ability to operate in a fast paced, fast-growing, constantly evolving matrix environment
