About the Role

按照友邦团险职场健康领域整体战略方向和计划，推动落地实施；
负责健康管理项目型工作的推进落地；
负责健康服务管控和供应商管理工作。

岗位职责：

1.负责标准化健康服务和非标化健康服务的开发落地；

2.负责健康服务项目的支持管理工作；

3.根据健康服务的落地要求，负责服务运营流程设计、供应商采购、技术需求开发、TPSA评估、服务推广宣传等；

4.负责供应商管理，引进符合团险业务发展和重点客户服务需求的供应商资源，确保服务提供的持续性和稳定性；

5.负责团险健康管理服务管控，特别是团体高疗服务中的医疗机构和健康服务管控；

6.负责健康服务日常事务协调，与供应商和公司相关部门保持良好关系及沟通；

7.上级主管指定的其他工作。

任职要求：

1.本科及以上学历，5年以上企业职场健康管理相关工作经验；

2.良好的团队协作能力；

3.对外部供应商的良好管理能力；

4.优秀的沟通协调能力；

5.良好的中英文书面和口语表达能力。
