CACI is hiring a  Staffing Coordinator in Annapolis Junction, MD. Join a team of dynamic Intelligence Community professionals in this critical role supporting a Prime defense contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking Government requirements on an Intelligence Community program with more than 250 full-time employees. The Staffing Coordinator will work with recruiting and the program management organization to identify well-qualified candidates to fill open positions on contract and process the applications of hundreds of prime and sub-contractor candidates for openings.

A well-qualified applicant should have:

- Ability to multi-task management of candidate processes and company-to-company communications

- Subject matter knowledge of Intelligence Community and industry best practices

- Familiarity with the security clearance process


More About the Role:

- Without supervision, maintain an applicant database and approval process tracking.

- Submit highly-technical resume templates to Government customer for technical confirmation.

- Liaise with multiple company representatives regarding program opportunities.

- Recommend candidates for advancement or disposition, in accordance with program requirements.

- Coordinate Training as needed.

- Manage staffing meetings for program management organization.


You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

- 4 or more years of professional experience supporting the Intelligence Community

- Strong writing skills.

- Good communication skills.

- Ability to manage and organize both personal candidate details and classified information.


These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

- Bachelor's Degree

- Experience with language training and/or language analysis operations

- SIGINT background

- Technical Writing skills/training

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$59,100 - $124,100
