Job Profile:
In this role you will lead the business in determining effective and innovative solutions to improve and automate processes. You will closely partner with key business stakeholders across sales, human resources, supply chain finance, automotive, and IT functions to identify and prioritize automation opportunities. You will lead a development team to design robust automations, ensuring best practices are followed. You will establish an automation center of excellence and expand the citizen developer program to other business units, enabling business users to develop automations on their own. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the RPA tools, development best practices, business process knowledge, and technical skills.
