Job Summary:

This role is within the corporate supply chain team, a center-led model that provides strategy and leadership in process, system adoption, performance measure, training, and analysis.

The primary responsibility of this position is to create industry best practice Supply Chain initiatives at the Corporate level to drive process improvements and standardization of Supply Chain business processes across all Integer sites

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Adheres to Integer Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Responsible for leading and developing Oracle MRP best practices for key Supply Chain functions
  • Leads complex problem solving activities using sophisticated statistical tools
  • Impacts the achievement of key KPIs / Objectives with cross functional implications
  • Influences cross functional concepts to build consensus and adopt changes are needed
  • Lead point of contact for all sites for systems and standard Supply Chain processes.
  • Acts as SME for system processes and assists sites with problem solving ad-hoc issues.
  • Leads and drives the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning process with all the Integer sites.
  • Leads cross functional inventory management improvement initiatives in a proactive manner.
  • Supports and drives Plan for Every Part (PFEP) strategy and implementation for all sites.
  • Leads Supply Chain Excellence improvement activities focused in best-practice business processes.
  • Provides on-site training as needed.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or similar technical discipline.  MBA preferred. APICS certification or certificate coursework in Lean Manufacturing Systems (or related) desirable.
  • Minimum Experience: 7 years of Supply Chain experience in manufacturing environments.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Specialized Knowledge: Oracle R12, Lean manufacturing and Materials systems, Data mining and modeling. Programing languages, PL/SQL, Visual Basic, XML, desirable.
  • Special Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated ability to lead team activities. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong computer and presentation skills.
