Job Purpose

Senior consumer digital engagement lead is responsible for developing and implementing of Disease Awareness Campaign in digital and its governance & internal approval process. This should be done through close collaboration with Japan medical, communication and GAMA as well as regional and global teams.

本業務は、全体コンシューマーエンゲージメント戦略に則り、かつ他のデジタル以外のコミュニケーション施策と相互連携して実施されるノンプロモーションの活動です。また、国内の他部署(メディカル、コミュニケーション、ガバメントアフェアーズ&マーケットアクセス等)および、リージョンやグローバル、そして社外のエージェンシーとの協業により行われるため、協調性を持ちつつイノベーションを促進することへの情熱を持ち、会社レベルでの新しい取り組みを強く推進できる方の応募をお待ちしています。

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop digital engagement strategy and prioritize actions to grow disease awareness and acquisition of consumer actions (consultation to healthcare professionals) with full understanding of digital touch points built on /consumer/patient insights.
  • Deliver best-in-class integrated digital customer experiences to enhance dialog vaccines by utilizing advanced digital technologies, such as CDP, DLP, AI.
  • Drive external agencies involved and manage their governance and quality outputs.
  • Follow GSK approval processes to ensure that all non-promotional and digital contents and communications activities are compliantly executed.
  • Oversee 1 or 2 team members

  • Digital marketing strategy and hands on executional skill in consumer industry
  • Have a capability of leading PDCA with agencies and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborative workstyle both with internal and external stakeholders
  • Have a strong governance mindset to assess potential risks for the performance and ensure a solid mitigation plan and performance tracking in place.
  • Passion for new ideas and innovation and a strong drive to move forward new initiatives.
  • Coaching skill to develop digital consumer engagement capabilities

経験 Experience

  • 5+year Experience in digital marketing in healthcare, pharma, insurance or related industry (consumer healthcare, skin care, supplement, health tech etc.)
  • Capability to execute overall digital marketing activities including direction and analysis of website, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), advertisement, social network management
  • D to C digital marketing experience to Japanese consumer
  • Experience implementing CDP (Customer Digital Platform)

学位/資格/語学力 Education/certification/Language

  • Bachelor’s degree (master’s degree in Business, Marketing or Life Sciences is a plus)
  • Advanced Business English (Speaking & Writing skill)
  • Advanced Japanese Skill (JLPT N1)

  • Experience of digital marketing for middle to senior generation
  • Agency management experience at client side

  • Advanced English in both written and verbal communication
