Job Description:

Responsibilities

The Senior Auditor I will be primarily responsible for subrecipient monitoring. In addition to conducting reviews of subrecipient compliance and expenditures, the Senior Auditor I will conduct fiscal audits of subrecipients. The incumbent will also work with senior staff to determine and complete internal audit activities as well as other appropriate related duties as assigned.


This position supports both the Albany and HRI Roswell Park Divisions.

Minimum Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of accounting or audit experience; OR an Associate’s degree a related field and four years of accounting or audit experience; OR six years of accounting or audit experience. A Master's degree in a related field may substitute for one year of accounting or audit experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experiences with audit report writing, 2 CFR §200 (Uniform Guidance) audits, subrecipient monitoring, or internal audit.

Conditions of Employment

Management/Confidential position.

Valid and unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Travel, up to 10% of the time, will be required.

This position requires that the incumbent will report to the official work location and live within commuting distance to the official work location. Telecommuting will be available.
