The Jobholder is responsible for supporting the HR Business Partner and Hiring Managers in recruitment activities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage high volume of open vacancies from end-to end in a fast paced environment.

  • Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization

  • Be the first point of contact and work closely with the HR Business Partner throughout the recruitment process.

  • Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial sourcing, screening, assessments, and interviews

  • Screening & shortlisting candidates, and providing professional and timely feedback to candidates.

  • Analyzes and reports on employment statistics, including cost per hire, source of hire, and diversity recruiting initiatives.

Jobholder Requirements

Education/Qualification

  • Diploma/ Degree holders

  • Completed Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia

Experience

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition field either in house or agency will be an advantage.

  • Fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply.

  • Excellent communication skills in dealing with candidates and team members.
