As a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging business requirements with Salesforce capabilities. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand processes, translate needs into well-defined solutions, and configure Salesforce to support efficient, scalable operations. This role combines strong analytical thinking, hands-on Salesforce configuration, and collaboration within a broader Salesforce governance model. You’ll be responsible for driving continuous improvements to the Salesforce platform, supporting adoption, and ensuring solutions align with best practices and business goals.

The role location is Lisbon only. Please note we don't offer any relocation assistance for the role.

• <point>Configure and manage declarative automations, including Salesforce Flows, validation rules, assignment rules, and approval processes.</point>
• <point>Configure and maintain roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules to ensure proper access control and data security.</point>
• <point>Support ongoing Salesforce optimization, platform maintenance, data quality initiatives, and user adoption efforts.</point>

<title>About you:</title>

• <point>You have at least 3 years of experience working with Salesforce as a Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, or in a similar role.</point>
• <point>You have a strong understanding of Salesforce core functionality, particularly Sales Cloud.</point>
• <point>You have hands-on experience building reports, dashboards, and declarative automations, especially Salesforce Flows.</point>
• <point>You understand Salesforce’s data model and sharing architecture, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.</point>
• <point>You are comfortable working independently on configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the platform.</point>
• <point>Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, or Sales Cloud Consultant), experience working in Agile or Scrum environments, and exposure to AI-driven use cases (e.g., Agentforce, ChatGPT, or other LLM-based solutions) are considered a strong advantage.</point>
