Boeing’s Virtual Warfare Center (VWC) is seeking a highly motivated, effective, driven Project Management Specialist (Integration) in St. Louis, MO.  This specialist will work closely with VWC leadership, VWC personnel, site staff, contractors, security professionals, and other teams, seamlessly integrating complex schedules and maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a background in project management with strong communication and problem-solving skills.  They will have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while leading the multi-disciplinary team.  This specialist will effectively team with business partners to ensure that competing priorities are addressed appropriately.  While multiple organizations will have their own schedules, this individual will deconflict and align, allowing for seamless project scheduling.

Position Responsibilities:

• Partners with executives, program managers and subject matter experts; collaborates effectively with internal and external partners to drive to successful project completion
• Leads, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for complex projects, programs and change driven activities in accordance with project management industry
• Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case
• Facilitates and ensures integration of project/program plan, schedules, change and baseline management, processes, techniques considered to be best practice across the industry
• Coordinate across the business and with internal and external stakeholders on construction activities, contractor scheduling, security requirements, and all related logistics
• Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
• Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion

This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security/SCI Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 5+ years’ experience in leading and/or managing complex projects
• 5+ years’ experience in delegating and ensuring performance of assigned responsibilities and tasks as a project team leader
• Experience Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Experience leading or managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience briefing Executive & Senior Customer Leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with baseline/change management, customer & supplier communication
• 8 or more years of experience in project management
• Project Management Professional Certification

107,950 – 146,050
