The Product Manager will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of AKKO’s products by aligning business goals with customer needs. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer success, to execute the product strategy and roadmap effectively. Success in this role will require a strong understanding of the product lifecycle, market trends, and the ability to prioritize and manage projects that drive both innovation and operational excellence.

THE DAY-TO-DAY

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring products meet customer requirements and add value.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and data to identify opportunities for new features or improvements.
  • Create and maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that maximize impact and support business growth.
  • Foster collaboration across teams to ensure a seamless product development process and successful launches.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed of market trends and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring product development is driven by evolving user needs and feedback.
  • Continuously iterate on existing products to enhance the user experience and meet performance goals.

WHAT MAKES YOU QUALIFIED

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in product management, with a track record of successfully delivering products.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes, including market research, ideation, and iterative testing.
  • Experience using customer feedback and data to inform product decisions and improvements.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating across teams and presenting to leadership.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in product analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Customer-first approach, ensuring product solutions align with user needs and business value.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Background in insurtech, technology, or SaaS products is preferred but not required.


The base salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $115,000 with performance-based incentives including bonuses and/or stock options. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications.
